Booking and Payment Terms for EXPO Programs:

You will receive a quote/itinerary by email with pricing and included services, along with an option to confirm and payment terms. Once travel details are agreed upon and confirmed by the client, standard payment terms are:

• For 1-day excursions, at least 30 days prior to departure.
• For weekend tours, at least 45 days prior to departure.
• For tours longer than 3 days, if the program starts in more than 6 weeks, a 30% deposit of the total agreed amount is due upon booking, and the remainder 30 days before arrival; if the program starts in less than 6 weeks, the total amount is payable in full.
